The final bill credits associated with the Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant Program have been distributed to PUD customers.
Sept. 7, 2024
The survey to apply for a $200 bill credit has closed. The PUD is reviewing all applications that were received prior to the Sept. 6 deadline and will be applying the final round of bill credits as part of the Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant Program.
We will continue to apply credits through Sept. 15. If approved, you will receive notification and see the credit applied to your bill.

The survey to apply for a $200 bill credit will be closing at 11:59 pm on Friday, Sept. 6. Survey entries received after Sept. 6 will not be considered for a bill credit.

The second round of $200 bill credits through the Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant Program were distributed to 37,000 customers and applied to their accounts. Funds still remain for additional bill credits and must be released by Sept. 15.

Exciting news! The PUD has applied the first set of $200 bill credits through the Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant Program to nearly 30,000 customer accounts. This is the first distribution of funds.

The PUD was recently awarded $13.7 million in funding through the Washington Families Clean Energy Credits Grant Program. This money is dedicated to distributing one-time $200 bill credits to assist low- and moderate-income PUD customers.
This is the first round of funding through the Climate Commitment Act. The PUD is also developing a program that will distribute free energy-efficient appliances to qualifying customers. Watch this page for additional savings opportunities.
